Caving

Explore the underground environment with a trip down our local cave Primhamsleigh.

After kitting up with cave suits and wellies we take a twenty minute drive to reach our destination.

The group will walk, crawl and slither through a route underground chosen by the instructor to match the abilities of the group.

Every cave has its own “letter box” and “ultimate squeeze”. The clay inside the cave makes for a muddy adventure, but full of opportunities to learn about cave formation and habitat. The group will see an impressive display of speleothems such as flow stone and stalagmites.
