Thank you for having an interest in working at Heatree, either in a voluntary capacity or in paid employment.
Please note that Heatree Activity Centre is run and owned by a children's charity and many children have residential holidays at Heatree. As such we value the protection of children as the number one priority. We have a child protection policy that is reviewed regularly and all volunteers and employees of the charity have to complete an enhanced CRB check and undergo regular child protection training. This therefore will be a requirement for anyone who comes to work at Heatree, in whatever capacity. Current Vacancies: Volunteers: We are currently looking for volunteers to work in the kitchen and for grounds work. If you are interested please contact us via email at admin@heatree.com for an information pack and application form. Volunteer Training Instructors: We are looking to recruit new VTI's (Volunteer Training Instructors). This is a 12 - 18 month training course where the trainees will be learning a range of adventure activities skills. This will involve working alongside Heatree instructors, being put forward when ready for the relevant qualifications and working with the client groups that stay at Heatree. If you would like to know more details or to apply for to enter the training course please email ee@heatree.com
